I’ve always been a tools and productivity enthusiast. Long before Kotoli, I was the person testing every new app and obsessing over workflows, curious how the right software could change the way a team works.
That curiosity turned into years of experience helping international SaaS businesses enter and grow in Japan. Working closely with those companies, I saw what actually worked, what didn’t, and why.
